A logo file helps, but it makes more sense beside the product, roster, placement, and deadline it belongs to.

Can we upload a reference when the artwork is not production-ready?

Yes. A logo, mockup, or other artwork reference can show the direction. HUINA still needs the final proof stage to settle colors, placement, names, numbers, sizes, and the front and back views.

What order context should sit beside the artwork?

Name the product, quantity, team colors, decoration preference, deadline, and delivery area. If the roster exists, include exact player spellings, numbers, and sizes so the image is not reviewed in isolation.

Will the uploaded mockup become the production file automatically?

No. It remains a reference until HUINA organizes the artwork and roster into a final PDF layout. The team approves that current layout before production starts.

How should we flag a tournament or season deadline?

Send the date with complete order details and the delivery area. Proof approval, capacity, decoration, quantity, and shipping determine whether a rush request is possible; no date is guaranteed before review.
