Yes. An estimated player count and the product types are enough for the first pricing review. Before proof approval or production, update the order with the final quantity, names, numbers, and sizes.

Both routes are available. Sublimated names and numbers are printed into the jersey; tackle twill and embroidery build the decoration from fabric and stitching.

The clock starts after the approved quote, final artwork proof, confirmed roster, and payment confirmation are all in place. A requested delivery date does not replace those checkpoints.
