Can we open New Order with an estimated player count?

Yes. An estimated count and the product types can support the first pricing review. The final quantity, player names, numbers, and sizes must be confirmed before proof approval or production.

What makes a roster row complete enough to review?

Each row needs the player’s size, exact name spelling, back number, any sleeve number, any chest A or C, product type, and special notes. Resolve duplicate numbers and missing sizes on the current roster.

Can separate products be combined to reach the new-order minimum?

No. Each product with a new design starts at 10 pieces. Jerseys, socks, pant shells, and flags do not share one combined minimum.

Which details must stay attached to the Shopify order?

Keep the product, artwork, fabric, decoration, quantity, sizes, roster, timing, delivery area, shipping method, and special requirements in one Shopify order record for HUINA to review.

What has to be approved before production timing starts?

The approved quote, final artwork proof, confirmed roster, and payment confirmation all need to be in place. HUINA then counts sample or bulk timing from that completed checkpoint.
