A saved design is a direction, not the final proof

Use the studio to work out the look. Player-level details and production approval still have their own checkpoints.

What decision should we make in Design Studio?

Use the preview to settle the overall color and logo direction. Fine production details belong on the final artwork proof, where the team can inspect every view and roster field together.

Does saving the jersey artwork lock the roster too?

No. The roster still needs a current row for each player’s size, name spelling, number, any sleeve number or chest A or C, product type, and special notes.

What changes when the preview becomes a final proof?

The review becomes exact: colors, logos, placement, names, numbers, sizes, and front and back views all need a deliberate check. The production file is the approved final proof, not an earlier screen preview.

What should travel with the saved design into New Order?

Keep the saved design reference with the product, quantity, sizes, roster, decoration process, timing, delivery area, and special requirements. HUINA reviews that order context as one build.
